By downloading or using DIDSAGO, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Purpose of DIDSAGO
DIDSAGO is a personal utility designed to help you remember when you last did something and, if you choose, remind you when it may be time to do it again.
Free version
The free version of DIDSAGO allows up to 5 active items and includes photos, notes, custom icons, full history and DIDSAGO Smart. DIDSAGO PRO removes the active-item limit and enables voice input and optional iCloud sync.
DIDSAGO PRO
DIDSAGO PRO may be offered as a recurring monthly subscription and/or a one-time purchase to unlock PRO features. The price and currency shown by the App Store at the time of purchase are the applicable price.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s App Store subscription rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
One-time PRO unlock
A one-time purchase unlocks the applicable DIDSAGO PRO features in the app for the Apple account used for the purchase, without recurring charges. Continued availability of the app, compatibility and future updates are not guaranteed. This does not affect rights provided by applicable law.
Restore purchases
Eligible purchases may be restored through the App Store using the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Your data
Your DIDSAGO content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync with Pro, in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining any exports or backups you consider necessary.
Reminders
DIDSAGO reminders, including optional early reminders, are provided as a convenience. Their timing and delivery can be affected by device settings, permissions, operating system behavior or other circumstances. You should not rely on DIDSAGO for emergency, medical, safety-critical, legal or other time-critical obligations.
Acceptable use
You may use DIDSAGO for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or interfere with the operation of the app.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, changed or discontinued over time. We may release updates to maintain compatibility, security or functionality.
No warranty
DIDSAGO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app or its reminders will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, DIDSAGO. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple
Purchases and distribution of the iOS version of DIDSAGO are subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and policies.

iCloud sync
iCloud sync is an optional Pro feature. It requires an Apple iCloud account, available storage and network access. Changes may take time to appear on another device. The original data stays on your device while syncing.
