Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

DIDSAGO is designed to work primarily on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Data stored on your device

Items you create, dates, reminder settings, history, notes, preferences and optional photos are stored locally on your device. DIDSAGO does not require you to create an account.

Photos and camera

If you choose to add a photo, DIDSAGO may request access to your camera or photo library. Photos selected for DIDSAGO are stored locally for use inside the app.

Voice input

If you tap the microphone, DIDSAGO requests microphone and speech-recognition access. Your audio and transcription may be processed by Apple’s speech-recognition services under Apple’s privacy terms. DIDSAGO uses the returned text only to fill the item name and does not store the audio.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, DIDSAGO schedules local reminders on your device. For each item you can choose one notification at the due time or an additional early reminder calculated from the selected interval. These reminders do not require DIDSAGO to send your item data to a remote notification server.

Purchases

If DIDSAGO PRO purchases are available, payments and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase and transaction information according to its own privacy policies. DIDSAGO may read the purchase entitlement provided by Apple in order to unlock PRO features.

Data sharing

DIDSAGO does not sell your personal information. Your DIDSAGO items, notes, history and photos are not transmitted to us as part of the normal operation of the app.

Exporting your data

You can export your locally stored DIDSAGO data from Settings. You decide what to do with the exported file and where to store or share it.

Deleting your data

If you have never enabled iCloud sync, you can delete all local items, history, notes and photos from Settings. After enabling sync, you can delete individual items, but the app cannot currently delete all synced data at once. Deleting the app may remove local data, but not copies in iCloud.

Children

DIDSAGO is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly operate a system for collecting personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app or its data practices change. The current version will be made available in the app and, when required, through the App Store listing.

iCloud sync

iCloud sync is optional and off by default. If enabled with Pro, item details, history and photos are sent to the private CloudKit database in your Apple iCloud account so they can appear on your other devices. We do not operate this database. Turning sync off stops transfers but does not erase copies already in iCloud. The app cannot currently delete all synced data at once.
