What data One4ALL4One uses and how it is shared in an account.
Why we process data
We use the data needed to create and maintain the account, calculate shares, show history and provide chat and invitations as part of the service you request. If you allow notifications, we use the device token for account alerts; you can withdraw permission in device settings.
Account data
Names, expenses, shares, repayments, contributions, messages, groups and receipt photos are stored to make the shared account available to participants. The access code is checked using a server-side hash and is not shown to other participants.
Where data is stored
Shared data is processed by the app service on Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. Some preferences and Pro saved splits stay on this device. Deleting the app from your phone does not erase the server account.
Camera and receipts
Camera and library are used when you choose a photo. An attached photo is uploaded to the shared account. Text recognition runs in the app; review its result before saving.
Notifications and purchases
If enabled, the app stores a device identifier to send alerts about expenses and messages. Disable notifications in Settings. Apple handles Pro purchases; the app receives entitlement status, not card details.
Access and retention
Account participants see shared data. Private expenses are visible only to their payer. Deleted data may remain in recoverable history while the account is active. Reset erases the shared data listed in its confirmation; leaving preserves shared history. There is currently no automatic retention deadline.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account in Settings. Your code, sessions, messages and private expenses are removed. If others share the account, financial records remain so they can reconstruct balances, but your profile is anonymized and photos and text from shared expenses you created are removed. If you are the only participant, the shared account is also removed. Deleting the account does not cancel Apple subscriptions; manage them in your Apple Account.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data where the law provides, and object to processing where applicable. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to support@vendrapps.com.
