T.R.U.E. Privacy Policy

This policy covers the T.R.U.E. iPhone app, not browsing the Vendrapps website.
Data stored in the app
T.R.U.E. stores memory text, structured interpretations, change history, proposals awaiting confirmation, personal learning patterns and reminder data on the device. They support saving, searching, correcting and presenting information. Preferences such as language, sounds, voice and previously shown FREE notices are stored locally. Personal learning concerns patterns used by the app, not training a remote model.
Processing and connections
Interpretation uses Apple’s system model through Foundation Models. The current app does not configure a developer server to receive memories or questions, or iCloud memory synchronisation. It does not integrate advertising analytics or tracking SDKs. This does not exclude Apple services, resource downloads, purchases or backups and diagnostics managed by the operating system, which also depend on device settings and services used.
Microphone and voice
Voice input requires microphone permission. Audio is passed to Apple’s SpeechAnalyzer and SpeechTranscriber for transcription; required language models may be downloaded from Apple. The current flow does not save a recording file. Transcribed text enters the normal question or memory flow. Answers are read using Apple speech synthesis. You can revoke microphone access in iOS Settings and turn off automatic reading in the app.
Purchases and notifications
PRO purchases and restoration use Apple and StoreKit. The app reads product information and verified transactions to recognise PRO access; it does not collect payment card details. Reminders use local notifications with permission. Notification text may include memory information and appear on the Lock Screen depending on iOS settings.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains in the app’s storage while retained by its workflows or until removed. No general automatic expiry period is configured. Available features let you edit and delete memories, but deleting a memory does not necessarily erase every history entry, learned pattern or related record. The current version has no command to erase all data comprehensively. System backups, if any, are managed separately.
Diagnostics and support
This version contains console diagnostics that may include questions and memory contents. It has no service for automatically sending these logs to the developer; check their contents before sharing. Contact & support opens your email client: if you send a request, the recipient receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose. Avoid unnecessary sensitive content.
