These terms describe use of the T.R.U.E. iPhone app.
Memory support
T.R.U.E. supports personal memory by helping you store, organise and retrieve what you tell it. It does not replace your own checks or a professional system for managing critical information.
Errors and verification
T.R.U.E. may make mistakes when interpreting, storing, classifying, linking, retrieving or presenting information. Independently check important details, especially dates, deadlines, appointments, reminders and sensitive information. A visual or spoken confirmation does not guarantee accuracy.
Deadlines and important situations
Do not rely on T.R.U.E. as your only system for critical deadlines or situations where an error or missed reminder could have significant consequences. Keep an appropriate independent reference. Notifications also depend on device permissions and settings.
ASK answers
ASK answers depend on the information available in the app. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated: compare them with the original memory and correct anything that no longer reflects reality. ASK does not independently verify facts.
FREE and T.R.U.E. PRO
FREE allows up to 20 active memories across all languages. The twentieth memory is allowed; once the limit is reached, only new active memories are blocked. ASK, search, editing, deletion and other available features for existing memories remain accessible. Deleting an active memory frees a slot. T.R.U.E. PRO removes this limit through a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
Purchase and future development
The price and currency are those shown by the App Store when you purchase. Apple handles purchases and restoration. PRO covers the current product: substantial future premium modules or features may be offered as separate purchases. It does not automatically entitle you to every future premium product. Normal updates, fixes and compatibility work for the current product are not separate purchasable modules.
Rights and support
These limitations describe how the tool should be used and what it can do; they do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including rights concerning conformity, remedies, refunds and withdrawal where provided by law. No provision requires you to waive these rights. To report an issue, use Contact & support in Settings.
