Do not send passwords, codes, personal memories or other unnecessary sensitive information. For a technical issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version and steps to reproduce it if possible.

T.R.U.E. requires Apple Intelligence to be available and enabled on the device to interpret and save memories. If it is not ready, check Apple Intelligence in iOS Settings and try again after the model downloads.

T.R.U.E. PRO is a one-time purchase, with no subscription: it removes the 20 active-memory limit. You can restore an eligible purchase from the PRO screen with the same Apple Account. Apple handles prices and payments.

T.R.U.E. does not require a Vendrapps account. Memories stay on the device; this version has no iCloud memory sync.
